This information relates to the processing of personal data by Global Goes Local AB, below (“Global Goes Local”), corporate registration number 559242-4948. We understand that privacy is important to our website users as well as the security of any personal information. Therefore,  we respect and protect your right to privacy and will process any personal data in accordance with the provisions of the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable privacy laws such as e.g. the Swedish data protection legislation.

“Personal data” means data relating to you that can identify you. Global Goes Local collects personal data such as: 

  • name, address, email address, telephone number and other contact information;
  • date and place of birth;
  • nationality;
  • gender;
  • employment details;
  • marital status;
  • copies of identity documents (such as passport, national ID card, driver’s license, employee identification numbers).

Personal Data Processing

Global Goes Local processes personal data that are needed in order for Global Goes Local to execute and administer our services such as assisting with application for work permit and registrations with the Swedish Tax Agency and Social Insurance Agency.  We collect personal data directly from you or from your employer or via our website. The personal data can be provided to us through e-mail or through an order form. Personal data is provided to us when a form is completed or an e-mail is sent to us.

Global Goes Local may further collect personal data for the purposes of entering an agreement and/or to meet certain legal requirements. 

We also collect and process personal data from publicly accessible sources such as the internet, social networks or commercial registers.

In processing personal data, we abide by the principles of the GDPR. We process personal data only where there is a legal basis; such as a request for your permission, a fulfillment of contract or for the purpose of the legitimate interests of Global Goes Local. We process data only where necessary, and we process no more data than needed.

In providing our services we sometimes cooperate with third parties, and in certain cases we share personal data with these organisations. When we share personal data with another organisation, we ensure that we have clear agreements with this party in accordance with legislation and regulations. Please bear in mind that the implementation of your request is not an automated process.
